From a Classic Rum Cocktail that’s a staple for bartenders all over the world, to an array of long serves, enjoyed on a warm summer’s day in the Caribbean, the choice is yours. We’ll offer you the rum – now run with it, be adventurous, and create what you crave, or experience some of our favoured classics:

Cuba Libre
Ingredients/Method

How to make:

○ 50ml Plant Hunter
○ 150ml Cola

Fill a highball glass with ice, then add rum and cola.Garnish with a lime wedge. Squeeze the lime into your drink, if desired.

Corn 'n' Oil
Ingredients/Method

How to make:

○ 50ml Plant Hunter
○ 12.5ml ounce falernum
○ 12.5ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
○ 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Fill a rocks glass with ice.Add the rum, falernum, lime juice and bitters and stir to combine.Garnish with a lime wedge.

○ 12.5ml ounce falernum
○ 12.5ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
○ 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Fill a rocks glass with ice.Add the rum, falernum, lime juice and bitters and stir to combine.Garnish with a lime wedge.

Jungle Bird
Ingredients/Method

How to make:

○ 50ml Plant Hunter
○ 15ml Campari
○ 50ml pineapple juice
○ 25ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
○ 15ml demerara syrup

Add the rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice and demerara syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Espresso Martiki

How to make:

○ 50ml Plant Hunter
○ 15ml coffee liqueur
○ 25ml pineapple juice
○ 25ml espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
○ 12.5ml orgeat syrup (almond sugar syrup)

Add rum, coffee liqueur, espresso, pineapple and orgeat syrup to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.Strain into a chilled martini glass.Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Ingredients/Method

How to make:

○ 50ml Plant Hunter
○ 25ml lime juice1
○ 5ml demerara syrup
○ 10ml Creme de Cassis
○ Absinthe rinse

Rinse glass with absinthe.Add rum, lime juice, demerara syrup and Crème de Cassis to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.Strain into a chilled nick and nora glass.Garnish with lime peel.
